Biography
After completing her Senior Registrar post in Hammersmith Hospital in 1997, Fang took a consultant post in Birmingham Heartlands Hospital, Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust. She was specialised in Critical Care and paediatric anaesthesia for ENT surgery. She created Academic Department of Anaesthesia, Critical Care and Resuscitation 2005 with focus on clinical research in these areas. She currently also leads the Perioperative, Critical Care and Trauma Trials Group (PACCT group), University of Birmingham. Their team and PACCT group have strong track record in obtaining major grants from MRC, Wellcome Trust, NIHR, HTA and charity funding bodies, England. Fang was awarded a most prestigious research award in England, NIHR Senior Investigator in 2015.

Biography
Dr. Feng Tao is an Associate Professor in the Department of Biomedical Sciences at Texas A&M University Baylor College of Dentistry. Dr. Tao received his RO1 award and Independent Scientist Award from NIH in 2012 and 2014, respectively. He has published more than 30 papers in peer-reviewed professional journals and he is serving as an editorial board member for some professional journals. Dr. Tao also served as an invited reviewer for Johns Hopkins ACCM Seed Grant, NSF-sponsored Pilot Funding at Louisiana State University, Arizona Biomedical Research Commission, Britain Israel Research and Academic Exchange Partnership Regenerative Medicine Initiative, Wings for Life−Spinal Cord Research Foundation in Austria, Department of Veterans Affairs Rehabilitation Research and Development Service Spinal Cord Injury and Neuropathic Pain Panel, and NIH NRCS Study Section.

Biography
Dr. EL Beheiry obtained his Anesthesia FRCPC specialty certificate in Anesthesia in 1994. He had a PhD from the Department of Pharmacology and Therapeutics from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. He also spent a year as a Fellow in Clinical Pharmacology at the University of British Columbia. He is trained as a neuroanethesiologist and had Clinical Fellowship training in Neuroanesthesia at the University of Toronto,Ontario,Canada.He practiced at the University Health Network, The Toronto Western Hospital, Toronto, Ontario, Canada from 1995 to 2007. His interests are currently focused on acute pain management and clinical neuroanesthesia.He authored many publications in regional anesthesia and complications of regional nerve blocks.
