Biography
As the founder of Wilderman Medical Clinic, Chronic Pain Clinic, and the Canadian Centre for Clinical Trials, Dr. Wilderman has been operating clinics since 2004 - offering a wide range of services to patients with a variety of chronic and acute ailments. Dr. Wilderman strongly believes in the benefits of multidisciplinary medicine and the non-pharmaceutical methodology of pain management. His main interests are interventional pain management and neuropathic pain. A great deal of his time is spent on taking on new challenges; and familiarizing himself with the newest technologies and medical developments. In addition to his medical practice, Dr. Wilderman lends his experience to clinical trials and medical research. He is an Editor-in-Chief of "Medical News Bulletin"- an online magazine highlighting the latest developments in clinical trials, basic medical research, medicine technology, and lifestyle. Dr. Wilderman is a Lecturer at the Department of Family and Community Medicine, University of Toronto; and holds privileges at North York General Hospital. As a chronic pain consultant, Dr. Wilderman apportions his time to perform insurance and independent medical examinations; as well as to write Medico-Legal reports. He is certified in impairment rating (American Medical Association Guides IVth Edition) and is one of the developers of a proprietary impairment rating calculator- an online tool designed to rate one's probability of catastrophic impairment. Dr. Igor WIlderman has trained over a dozen physicians in chronic pain management, is one of the founding members of the Canadian Academy of Pain Management, and has authored approximately forty publications. He is an active member of Canadian Pain Society and International Association for the Study of Pain.

Biography
Dr. Feng Tao is an Associate Professor in the Department of Biomedical Sciences at Texas A&M University Baylor College of Dentistry. Dr. Tao received his RO1 award and Independent Scientist Award from NIH in 2012 and 2014, respectively. He has published more than 30 papers in peer-reviewed professional journals and he is serving as an editorial board member for some professional journals. Dr. Tao also served as an invited reviewer for Johns Hopkins ACCM Seed Grant, NSF-sponsored Pilot Funding at Louisiana State University, Arizona Biomedical Research Commission, Britain Israel Research and Academic Exchange Partnership Regenerative Medicine Initiative, Wings for Life−Spinal Cord Research Foundation in Austria, Department of Veterans Affairs Rehabilitation Research and Development Service Spinal Cord Injury and Neuropathic Pain Panel, and NIH NRCS Study Section.

Biography
Dr. Jason Mazzarella graduated at the top of his class at New York Chiropractic College (NYCC) in Seneca Falls, NY in 2006, finishing his graduation requirements 9 months early. While at NYCC, Dr. Mazzarella was selected to participate in a highly coveted United States Olympic Training Facility Elite Rehabilitation Rotation. This rotation involved staying at the United States Olympic Training Center in Lake Placid, NY, and learning advanced sports rehabilitation protocols and treatment options used to treat present and future Olympians. After completing this rotation, Dr. Mazzarella was then the first in his class, and 5th inter ever to be selected into a prestigious Chiropractic and Orthopeadic Veteran's Hospital Internship, allowing for over 240 hours of direct chronic pain patient care. Dr. Mazzarella also holds two Bachelor of Science Degree from the Pennsylvania State University (Kinesiology Human Movement and Health Policy and Administration). Upon graduation, Dr. Mazzarella continued his training, education and experience obtaining over 1000 hours of advanced post graduate training Whiplash Traumatology, Accident Reconstruction, Chronic Pain, Special Imaging, Traumatic Stress, Acupuncture, and Advanced Rehabilitation Techniques. Over the course of the last decade, Dr. Mazzarella has been able to incorporate this advanced education, with over 12,000 individual patient assessments, and over 100.000 patient treatments to provide a patient experience based on cutting edge medical research, extensive treatment experience, and supported through advanced clinical testing, digital vestibular analysis, and computerized model education and analysis.
